The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Singapore, administers the IMAA, with the Singapore Productivity Association (SPA) as its Secretariat. SPRING Singapore is a supporter of the Award since inception of IMAA
An Awards Council approves the award recipients. Members of the Award Council comprises the British High Commissioner to Singapore captains of industry, academics and representatives from CMI and SPRING.
The council is supported by a Steering Committee, which draws up policies and guidelines for the Award programme and recommends the recipients of the award. The Award Council and Steering Committee are supported by a panel of assessors which evaluates the shortlisted nominations, conducts interviews and shortlists nominees.
